The purpose of WIN-TV is to protect and increase freedom of expression, diversity of ideas, and community-wide communication through the medium of television.
WIN-TV operates three separate access channels (Public, Education, and Government) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
WIN-TV is uniquely positioned to offer exciting learning experiences for its volunteers and is dedicated to serving the community. Public Access is a voice for the community and a valuable resource for members of the community to utilize to spread diverse ideas and connect with one another. WIN-TV strives to be a reflection of Windsor and encourages local residents to become involved and make their voices heard.
