WIN-TV - Access Television for Windsor, Connecticut

The purpose of WIN-TV is to protect and increase freedom of expression, diversity of ideas, and community-wide communication through the medium of television.

WIN-TV operates three separate access channels (Public, Education, and Government) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Changes in the television industry that are related to digital video and the advent of the Internet are part of the new technologies becoming available to WIN-TV. The station's website allows citizens to pass along information for inclusion on the appropriate channel's calendar.

WIN-TV is positioned to set up an exciting multimedia learning experience for its volunteers, as well as step up its level of service to the community.
