Are you looking for a fast and easy way to promote your organization's mission or upcoming event?
WIN-TV offers PSA (Public Service Announcement) Day every third Friday of the month in our studios free of charge.

PSA Day, gives local Windsor non-profit organizations and civic groups a chance to create a 30-second informative message that communicates the services they provide or the upcoming event they would like to promote.
Register for an upcoming PSA Day!
You must sign up in advance for a 30-minute appointment online, by phone, or by filling out the form included in the PSA Day Packet.
Please download the PSA Day Packet to prepare for your appointment. We'll contact you to go over any questions you may have. You need to walk in for your appointment ready to film so that we may stay on schedule for the next appointment.
We'll edit your completed PSA and air it on WIN-TV intermittedly throughout the schedule.
DVD copies of your PSA are available at a cost of $10 each.
