WIN-TV is now available on AT&T U-verse! If you're an AT & T subscriber and you've been missing your favorite WIN-TV shows, local news and town meetings, we're happy to announce you now have your WIN-TV back! WIN-TV channels can be accessed via the Channel 99 menu system on AT&T U-verse. Select the City Selection Menu and scroll down to "Windsor, CT Government, Educ., and Public."From there you can choose WIN-TV Public Access, WIN-TV Education or WGTV Government.
