The Policy Review Committee reviews the Bylaws, the Policy and Procedure manual(s), and the Employee Handbook, and proposes changes needed to these for action by the Board of Directors. The committee's current project is revision of the Policy and Procedures Manual (which is why it's not posted on line - that will come when the revision is complete. This committee hopes to be able to do a large part of the job via email, since common meeting times are so hard to find.
