The Nominating Committee accepts and reviews all applications for membership to the Board of Directors and, in the event of vacancies, recommends one or more qualified candidates. It also prepares a slate of candidates for election of officers at the Annual Meeting. If not a candidate for office, the chair of this committee will chair the voting process at the Annual Meeting.

Meetings are on an as-needed basis, with no set schedule.
