The Executive Committee is composed of the four officers and the Director-at-Large, with the President acting as Chair. The primary responsiblities of this committee are to act on business as necessary between Board meetings, and to meet at least monthly to prepare an agenda for the Board meeting.

The Committee meets at 5:00 pm at the station on the third Tuesday of each month, one week before the Board meeting.
