All Regular Board meetings will begin at 7:00 pm in the WIN-TV Studio/Office. Windsor residents are welcome to attend any meeting; a time will be set aside each month to hear from the public.
Meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of each month, unless noted otherwise.

NOTE: The December meeting is the Annual Meeting of the Corporation, at which election of Directors whose terms expire (1/3 of the Board) will be held; any Windsor resident may attend and vote for Directors. The newly elected Directors will elect officers for 2009 immediately at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.
